Not a bad place. Good prices and good selection if actually stocked. Ordered several time with no issues so problems might be a new thing with them carrying less inventory or just a string of bad luck. But on the last few I've waited for my order only to find out they were "waiting for inventory". Upon inquiry on the last order I was told the item was not stocked and it was marked as such. It was not listed as such when I ordered. Not a big hurry so i waited and inquired again a week later and asked that they give me an update or cancel the order. No response but it shipped a couple days later. Just allow a few weeks for delivery and if you need it quick order elsewhere. Last order placed on the 6th and it shipped on the 18th.
Hi Ken! We do not delete or erase any footage we receive, as our facility physically does not carry the equipment to do so. This is an attribute about our company that we do not yield on as these items cannot be replaced. Additionally, our system is designed to always record from beginning to end. There's not a way for a tech to avoid that process. However, many times customers believe there's more footage on their Tapes than what was actually used. So sorry that seems to be the case here.
