Spent $96 dollars on one bouquet of flowers and a card... got an email a day before the flowers were supposed to be delivered saying they were unable to deliver due to "time restraints of the funeral home." Are you serious? You have plenty of time with the funeral home's business hours to deliver these flowers, and the delivery date isn't even for another full day. Why would you take my money for the order in the first place if you will be "unable to deliver"? They said they would give me a full refund. I had to scramble to find another company for flowers and a card.

5 days pass and I finally got the "refund" which wasn't even the full $96. Argued with 4 different representatives over the phone for a full hour (2 of those representatives claimed to be supervisors), none of them spoke clear English as their first language, and all 4 of them were extremely rude and unhelpful, all of them arguing that I did not in fact spend $96. I said I have proof of purchase in 3 different screenshot- both bank statements AND the receipt email they sent over. They refused to even let me send them this proof and told me to talk to my bank. I said obviously this isn't a bank issue because my RECEIPT even says I spent $96. They were incredibly rude, told me I was mistaken, and that I would receive no refund. I asked them do they send out the sympathy cards along with the flowers, they said YES that they are the ones that send out the cards. Then they put me on hold for another 30 minutes and I eventually gave up. At this point I'm crying because on top of dealing with a death I get to deal with these jerks for over an hour on the phone and they still will not help me. As a last resort I researched and found out that they are in fact NOT the ones who mail out the sympathy cards, so they wouldn't be the ones to refund the entire purchase, so I don't know why they would lie and tell me they are,and I don't know why they didn't put 2 and 2 together that the remaining refund necessary would come from the card company, not them. They're all insensitive excuses for humans and I did not need this on top of everything I'm going through right now. Even the funeral home told me that this company always tries to deliver early (if they deliver AT ALL) and they deliver the flowers in BOXES and they are always ugly and dead. The lady from the card company that I spoke to was so extremely nice, empathetic and understanding, (and spoke english as her first language) and it took less than 10 seconds of talking to her on the phone to get a full refund for the card. She even apologized on behalf of the flower company for their horrific behavior. The flower company is an absolute scam, no one there knows how to deal with grieving families with TACT or COMPETENCE. Do NOT use this company. The sympathy card company was amazing, but the flower company should be put out of business for the way they scam vulnerable people.

Save yourself the time, money, and emotional torture and just use another company.
