I have yet to receive a confirmation email of shipment as stated with my order. Online it shows "shipped" but no date, tracking number, etc. Additionally, trying to submit a ticket for help results in an error. So who knows if I'll ever actually receive the item and if not, thus far, I've been unable to reach anyone.
Tip for consumers: Don’t expect to receive in a timely manner, receive shipping or tracking info or be able to get customer service support.
