In the year that I have had an account with Home Advisor they have provided 19 leads (my account had leads shut off for about 8 months of the year). Of those 19 leads only 6 of them were ready to proceed with the work, or 31.6%. My company has paid Home Advisor over $1,500 in a year to get leads that were less than one third qualified. We are a small company and cannot afford to pay an average of almost $85 per lead, of which only one third are viable.

SNS has repaired a few of my cars, and the repairs were always done very well. My issue is that whenever I take my car in it comes back with a list of further repairs needed. On one car I was told I needed some front end parts replaced. Those parts had been replaced less than a year before. Recently another vehicle I had taken in was said to need over $1000 of front end work. I took it to the dealer and was told that none of the parts mentioned by SNS were in fact bad. Anyone can make a mistake, but after this happening twice I feel that it would be wise for anyone that receives a list of additional repairs needed, be sure to get a second opinion before proceeding with the repairs.
