They rope you into a so-called VIP price savings membership plan... though after adding the membership savings part - their shoes end-up being no cheaper than what other retailers are charging. And then they don't let you cancel until you call and go through a long pitch; cancelling online is NOT possible. And they say promise to remove you from automatic renewal, though a year a later you realized that you weren't removed... at which point you've to call again for the long sales pitch. Worse, if you use just one penny of the membership points towards a purchase, then you're NOT allowed to cancel membership - stuck with it for another year. On another topic, there website search filters are very weak - half of the shoes that pop-up have no relation to your filters.
