Paid for products, no confirmation for 2 weeks, finally emailed and product was sent. Did not receive all of my order, customer service pretty much has said it is my fault that I did not get my full order... I have provided documentation from THEIR shipping company that the order was 1 carton short. At the least send my damn product or refund my money! Customer Service is less than helpful, I should not have to track down my stuff. I would add photo verification of my purchase but they can't even provide that... only thing I have is a debit from my bank account.
