I purchased a $20 product and on the same day they took $49.90 from my savings account with no email explaining why. I rang my bank and am hoping to have this transaction reversed as it is still pending. I have since found out they take this money out, claiming it is some sort of member fee. This is not made clear at all, when you are completing your order. You don't sign up to anything, create an account with a password or any of those things that occur when you sign up to something, they just quietly sneak your money out of your account and don't follow up with an email to say why they took it out. They also haven't responded to my emails for an explanation. Please avoid this company.
