I ordered a couple of chargers from the website, everything was going well, I received them, and they work as described, after about a month of use one of the chargers, Redipulse12 stopped working.

I struggle with this as i choose to deal with companies that back the people that support them.
If you are unable to look after customer service, don't sell the product.
