Ordered a pack of 5 led bulbs worth £18.50, took longer than informed to arrive, had to chase them up beofre they despatched. When arrived 2 of the bulbs were faulty. LITB want me to pay return postage of £8.50 tracked to send goods back to Poland before they refund. I have offered to return goods if they pay for postage prior to sending. Customer services never answer a question directly just keep giving the same old waffle no matter what you ask.
