I ordered a RSQ karaoke disc player. Never worked. When I called the site and they said I would ahve to resolve this problem with the Manufacturer (it's under warranty). I just wanted to return it, but it costs you moeny to return their defective product 2 promotional disc sets were not included as promised. Their response, "Oh well." I would call it terrible service, but non-existent customer service would be more active. Buyer beware.
