Just posting up my Design Globe review.

I contacted them to build a simple 5 page website for my cafe, they were happy to take my money and afterwards the service went down hill.

The designs they sent through are very templated, even though they say they custom design their websites, it is nothing like the design brief I had originally sent through to them.

This happened for 3 weeks where I was sending emails backwards and forwards, when I asked if I could come in and visit them at their location they said it is a virtual office as they are based overseas, I asked if I could call them and speak with them and they said no, so I tried calling anyway and they blocked my number.

I had enough and asked to cancel and request a refund as on their website they mention they offer a "money back guarantee" well that was a lie!

They started to get nasty with me and started to threaten me if I did not pay them they would post up negative reviews about my business, that had really annoyed me and pushed me to the edge where I have reported them to the ACCC and taking them to VCAT.

After doing some research it turns out that https://designglobe.com.au use to be called https://theprodesigners.com.au

They have the same content, same images, same phone number, same address and the live chat person is called the same name.

It turns out that they had received so many negative reviews on their old website The Pro Designers they decided to register a new domain and are trying to operate under it.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE designglobe.com.au as they will scam you.
