Steam offers no way to reach someone to correspond with customer service. Something you should be aware of before purchasing products through them. Per my attached photo, there was a reply from Valve, however, I was at Steam's online help page when I sent my request for help. I sent the request two different times on Steam's home page, only to get the same empty reply back. A week went by, no replies from anyone at Steam.

The site is full of people who openly lie. The moderators often side with the people who lie, and the moderators throttle speech when someone calls them out. There is also a lot of trolling that the moderators will not remove. One of the worst social media sites I've used, and that's saying a lot.

Decided to give the site a try again. Left it after Murdoch purchased it. Made a new account this evening. Receive an error message 'uploads are temporarily disabled' when trying to upload my profile photo. Tried searching for a music group that I enjoy, and the search wasn't working. I left the page, and again searched the band name. The band appeared. I clicked on the band, and got an error message. It's no wonder I never hear about the site anymore. The old Mypsace is still my favorite social media platform of all time. Too bad they never could get it back on its legs after Murdoch ruined it.
Edit: The site did link to the band name after the 3rd try. But images of the band and similar music aren't loading.

RawStory allows zero disagreement. You can't speak out against top commenters, and you cant speak out against RawStory authors. The site will ban you. The moderators have too much control of the site. I would have been a paid member years ago if the site wasn't so screwy. I love most of what RawStory does, but you best check sources before sharing. Some of the writers of the site are off in lala land, and the moderators are near communist in how they moderate the site. Best to just share links if appropriate, and not even waste time trying to commuincate errors. If you communicate errors, you will be banned from this fascist site, and I say that as a liberal.

The site allows stock manipulation by its favorite alt-right posters who serially violate Stocktwits TOS. People with opposing views have their accounts deleted. Real money is involved, and Stocktwits customer service is in on the game. SEC and feds need to take a look at this company. Consider seizing their customer service emails. I personally sent violations of alt-right abuses that were always ignored. Stocktwits customer service whether in with management, or not, is working with certain Stocktwits accounts. Stocktwits has a digital trail that will make easy for investigators to follow. This company is a fraud. It allows alt-right hate speech, racism, the harassment of serious investors, etc. It allows its favorite alt-right accounts to serially lie about other users. I dare Stocktwits to come after me for what I'm saying. Would look forward to exposing them in a court of law, and it end up being on their dime. Stocktwits is allowing bullies to run their stock pages. As mentioned by another commenter, it is a pro-Russia site. The site allows death to America posts, etc. which give specific threats of violence towards the U.S. Reporting does no good. Stocktwits seldoms, if ever, removes alt-right posts. I would post images of TOS violations, but they are incredibly repulsive. I will save them for the SEC if they respond to my emails.
