These spinal aids are effective, and durable, although my manual broke very easily. I use them because my therapist suggested them for my lower back pain and I have noticed very good results, it has eliminated all my pain

I love their donuts, especially the ones filled with cream. It is better to buy direct at a branch than on their website because this is very bad.
