I ordered a pair of slides for my wife who wears a size 7. I was shipped a size 8 and of course they were too big. I contacted customer service and advised them of the mistake. I returned the size 8 as I also requested the replacement be double checked for the size 7. Of course when the we received the replacement it was a size 8 again! This is the last time of order anything from MLB Shop or their affiliates.
Tip for consumers:
Nothing….if the warehouse can’t tell what a women’s size 7 is then what else is there to do?
