Sadly, due to what I'm told was a technical glitch, the dress I ordered was out of stock. I called customer service but only got a voicemail. However, when I tried a text option, I was put in touch with Kimberly. Kimberly expresses remorse for the problem, immediately refunded my full order (shipping too), and found a really pretty alternate dress. I really appreciated her help.
