We reserved and paid for 1 room for 2 nights, in which, we prepaid for. We stayed the first night, nothing special, but it didn't stink or have bugs. We left Saturday morning (next day) at 6am and returned at around 5pm. When we arrived we were locked out of our room and had to literally bang on the door for 20 min before anyone would open it. They tried telling us we didn't pay for the room yet we have a receipt and proof on my husbands credit card transaction history. While down there the 2 lady's that came to the door finally kept trying to reassure us that they did not come in our room at all they just locked our door, the door was never opened by them. We finally get back in our room and my backpack had been completely stripped through and rummaged. I had a ziplock bag of Gabapentin in there that I desperately need for a nerve issue in my leg. There was at least 50-70 Gabapentin in this bag when we arrived for the weekend, but only 10 we're in the bag when we finally got back in our room after their crap on Saturday evening. They went thru my entire makeup bag, didn't even have the decency to zip it all back up, but of course items were missing. I also have my medical marijuana card because I am dying of a terminal illness and it's for my pain and helps me to be able to eat. They stole my thc cartridge pen that was 100% BRAND NEW, I had only hit it a few times Friday evening, and they took my cartridge battery that it was attached too as well. Well, needless to say, we found out why the women were so adamant about combing us that they never opened our door or came in our room real quick! I I tried going back down beating on the door and I even called the front desk 12x and they would not answer the phone! Im not sitting here waiting on the police to arrive and take a report. I most definitely will NOT EVER stay in the place ever again and plan on contacting the owner and the chain commander. I now have to sided my night I'll and in extreme pain because they are obviously enjoying themselves high on my medications!
