Pretty Little Sofa Covers is known by various other names, including Pretty Little Fashions, Pretty Little Wishes, and Pretty Little Wish.Pretty Little Sofa Covers is an unscrupulous operation that operates under various names such as Pretty Little Fashions, Pretty Little Wishes, and Pretty Little Wish. In February, I made a purchase from Pretty Little Sofa Covers, believing their claim that the product was made-to-order or custom-made, which would explain the longer delivery time. However, upon further investigation, I discovered that the product actually had four different sizes available on their website, contradicting their initial statement. It became clear that the product was not made-to-order, but rather a standard item where customers simply select the desired size.
Concerned about the lack of updates and the non-arrival of my merchandise, I reached out to them via email on March 17. Unfortunately, their response was unsatisfactory, filled with excuses and a link to track my product that turned out to be non-functional. Frustrated with their lack of accountability, I decided to cancel my order on April 15, two months after placing it. I promptly informed them of my decision and also mentioned that I had already reported the issue to my bank, which had reimbursed me for the purchase. Additionally, I made it clear that I no longer wished to engage in any further business with them. I had already utilized their cancellation form on their website, but the absence of a phone number or address made it impossible for me to contact them directly or return the sofa cover that mysteriously appeared after my bank's reimbursement.
Despite my efforts to seek assistance from Chase Bank, with whom I have had a long-standing relationship, I received a disheartening letter on May 30 stating that they would be paying Pretty Little Sofa Covers for the order, despite my cancellation. Outraged by this development, I spoke to a supervisor at the bank and highlighted the numerous complaints on Pretty Little Sofa Covers' Facebook page, where customers expressed frustration over paying for undelivered merchandise. Although Pretty Little Sofa Covers has since removed those complaints.
Although the company has since removed these complaints, I managed to save some copies as evidence. I informed the Chase Bank supervisor that Pretty Little Sofa Covers had sent me the merchandise only after I had cancelled the order. They falsely claimed that my package was at the post office, but upon verification, I discovered this to be yet another lie. The post office had no record of my package. Moreover, I expressed my frustration at being charged for an order I had already cancelled. Unfortunately, the bank supervisor seemed unconcerned about my predicament. To make matters worse, the bank even added another item to my bill months later, just as I had predicted to the supervisor.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I have sent numerous emails to Pretty Little Sofa Covers, expressing my dissatisfaction with their product. They initially responded by stating that returning the merchandise to China would be costly for me. Their email was not only unhelpful but also spiteful in tone. However, I later discovered that the company is actually based in California. Despite this revelation, they have chosen to ignore my subsequent emails. It is imperative that this company undergoes a thorough investigation, and I demand a full reimbursement of my money. The Better Business Bureau has received complaints about Pretty Little Sofa Covers, but they are unable to follow up and have encountered difficulties in addressing complaints due to the absence of a physical address associated with this particular company. However, after conducting thorough research, I have managed to uncover their whereabouts. They were using some persons home address in California. The person wasn't even aware of it. It is my firm belief that I am entitled to a complete reimbursement rather than a mere 25% of the amount. Moreover, it is only fair that the company bears the cost of the return, rather than burdening me with it.* *****
