Called to complain about a shipper who outright lied (LSO) about trying to deliver an order and got a run around not only from the customer service rep but her supervisor, the biggest rub about this order? This was the third time I called about orders in the last month all on the same shipper who lost one order has lied about the second order and NOW NR is using them again to send to me a third order...
Supervisor shmoozed me just uh huh uh huh and I'm so sorry well I'm not sorry I'm angry and letting people know Norstrom Rack is horrible when it comes to customer service.

With wonderful booty to behold... I have to limit myself to one visit aweek or I'd be broke but I love this store and not just for the clothes for everything from dog beds to tea... and it's always changing so you don't get bored... perfect!

When you have an adjustment or a deal that doesn't seem to want to go through and you contact help, they actually try to help and right away not in a few days or so. Always they are friendly and professional and maybe your deal didn't get accepted but they explain why and how you can avoid disappointments in the future.
