My flight was cancelled by airline on Monday 28th August 2023. Opodo are not interested in listening or assisting in anyway. If you send a complaint within minutes you get a standard rejection letter. In other words they don't even bother looking at your complaint and/or email. I never cancelled my flight, the airline did. The airline said im entitled to my refund, but Opodo don't even want to listen.
Don't ever book with them. Disgusting, dismal, terrible service
