TVDVDMania takes your money and runs - In Sept-08 I ordered a set of tv discs. After a month they hadn't shipped and I contacted the company-10 days later they said they'd been back ordered.
I have repeatedly asked Randy Meyer at TVDVD mania to refund my money but as of Dec 10 I have not been contacted. I have sent dozens of emails and filled out the online form to no response.

In short, be smarter than I have-make sure the company has a WORKING customer service number and a contact address.

Beware of DVD Globe - I ordered a series of tv discs.
THEY HAVE COMMERCIALs.
The quality is D- at best.
The audio-visual tracks don't synch.
I have repeatedly tried to contac the company but the phone number is bogus and they don't respond to email.
The invoice was in Chinese so I can't get an address.
FORGET DVD Globe for any purchases.
