I have had very positive experiences with sellers on Mercari. I logged in the other day and it said your account has been suspended indefinitely?!?! I had 58 5 star reviews. I had done absolutely nothing wrong! When I tried to find out why I have never received a response. You can't talk to them or contact them. I deleted the app I don't want to do business with a company like this.

Tip for consumers:
Beware they can suspend your account indefinitely for no reason whatsoever!!!!! You won’t be able to like, buy or sell anything until they say otherwise.
