As others have reported, order was placed 3 weeks ago, credit card was charged immediately, and the status on the site still says "processing order". AWFUL! Emailed Customer Service twice and left a voicemail. Of course, no response. How are they still online and accepting orders? Run away! Buy your products elsewhere.
Tip for consumers: They'll take your money immediately. They won't ship product. They won't respond to emails or voicemails.
