Just in case anyone has this problem in the future, here are my emails with time stamps. The company is aware of the problem. The company is not planning on fixing the problem. Here are some screenshots you can read for yourself. If they refuse to refund your charges, I would download my screenshots with the time stamp and take them to a lawyer to start a lawsuit to get you back your money. You're welcome.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Vudu. Use Amazon, or paramount plus, or any other streamer instead. Your information is NOT safeguarded with their site.
Products used:
Vudu streaming to Roku devices that was disabled by their updates to let kids make unauthorized purchases even with a set pin and kids mode.
