Seriously the WORST customer service. My son got his hoverboard as a gift from his grandmother for Christmas. She bought is in November. His board was defective & was throwing him off of it. I asked to exchange the board for a different model (the one his brother had) telling them I was happy to pay extra. They would not budge. They would only send me the exact same model that my son was afraid to get on. Now when it finally will arrive in APRIL after disputing this since DECEMBER, it will sit in the box because he is afraid to ride it. SERIOUSLY, is it too difficult to swap it out with a different model. Wish I could give them zero stars. Thanks for making a mom's life more difficult. Now my two sons argue over one hoverboard when they both should have one that works properly. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
