Bought our bed in May 2021. We bought the i8 with dual chambers adjustable bed. It has been such a nightmare. Every night we have to push our mattresses together because otherwise, we end up with this huge gap in between us. The gap is so big that our arms fall in between it, we've tried to stuff it with blankets. And even pool noodles! We've called customer support to no avail, the sheets never stay on they always come off, it's just been such an awful experience with no help from customer service except for really lame things to try that never work! And now to top it all off, we have a hole in our air chamber. We haven't even had this bed for two years and already were having trouble, we now have to pay $130 for a new air chamber because our warranty has now expired. Every single night I wrestle with this bed because it is lopsided, and the gap is unbelievable. Our little dog always gets stuck in the middle of the gap because it's so wide we keep pushing our mattresses back together again, and within just a matter of hours of sleeping, the gap is back and it looses air! This bed was over $5000! I would not buy this bed. It's so expensive and it's been nothing but a hassle for us!
