I bought a pair of glasses less than a year ago, the place of where the crew is crooked, so the screw got loosed and also with the frame. When I called them, they said they don't have this pair in the inventory and can't replace them or give credit to purchase another one. It meant once you got a pair of glasses and they no longer have that type of glasses for sale, the warrantee is ended. And they only have certain amount of the sunglasses they sell. At the end, you should disregard about the warantee when you purchase glasses from here since most likely they will not have it in the near future. Plus, when you go to the store they will not help you.
