This was by far the most surreal CS experience I've ever had.
The setup and support is so non existent it's mind boggling. You end up teaching the rep what you know. Never once did I get an problem resolved, and almost everything promised by the saleswoman didn't happen.
It was an endless nightmare for 3 months. Thankfully due to performance clauses in my agreement I was able to cancel the expensive--$700/month--contract and return to Schedulicity ($70/month) and Square.
