Their company is based in China, and they do not provide return labels. I attempted to return items that did not fit, but to do so shipping would be about $100! Also, their customer service is horrendous & it is impossible to get through to anyone. Their responses are copy/paste & they repeat the same things over & over again. After looking into the company further, they look very sketchy. If you look into them further, they have literally no background information & no owner listed. Seems like another mass produced company like Shein, except they are overpriced.
I highly discourage you from risking purchasing from this company. If the items do not fit, you are stuck with them!
