I purchased a digital gift card to give to a friend. After being charged for the card, they haven't sent it to me. I have put in multiple help desk tickets, and attempted the resend button multiple times. They haven't responded to me. They can't even deliver an email, much less merchandise. Do not buy from CrateJoy.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use CrateJoy. They don't respond to customer support tickets and can't even deliver a digital gift card.
