I sent a galaxy fold 3 in for $288 "quoted" and I was told I HAD to negotiate and I was then told $80. I have ALL text, pictures and conversations. This website is a joke and JUST ANOTHER SCAM SITEā¦ STAY AWAY PLEASE!

I took a look at your order details which noted that you would be sending in a flawless condition Galaxy Fold that was locked to AT&T. We note on our website that our flawless condition category is reserved for items without any sign of wear that can be seen with the naked eye and that it must not have any financial obligation to its carrier. We, unfortunately, re-quoted your order after it arrived at our office because it had not been paid off yet with AT&T and is still financed by the carrier. Additionally, your device did have a few scratches on the screen that could be felt when touched.
After quoting you to your new value, our team at no point told you that you needed to negotiate your value. We offer free returns as a guarantee for all customers if they are not satisfied with their experience for any reason. However, your order liaison did want to make sure she was going the extra mile and spoke with our eCommerce pricing analysts upon receiving emails noting your dissatisfaction to see if she could provide you with a higher value in the interest of your satisfaction. After receiving your reply that you would prefer to have your order returned, we promptly arranged for a return and will follow up again shortly with your tracking number.
