I placed an order at 11.26. I called yhe restaurant at 12.05 they told me that the order was ready for pick up from seamless. Seamless delivered my order at 1.00. They had originally given me an ETA of 12.20pm.
You would think that they could be responsible and be accountable for they inefficiency and just apologize, but they blatantly lied saying it was the restaurant.
Also they force you to pay 15%. I wanted to pay 10% in the custom area they provided but they have changed my amount. So on top of thieving from you you pay for horrible service.
