I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Some of my orders have not come. The three hoodies that came are horrible quality with no tags from any company, no laundry instructions, and sized completely wrong. The X-larges are smaller than the large! The pockets on one are too small for even a child's hand to fit in! I'm hoping I will get a refund, but these reviews have me worried.
Tip for consumers:
Also when I filled out a "support ticket" which is the only way to get help, the computer said that the order number was wrong. I had copied and pasted the order number from their confirmation email! Also, the phone number doesn't work and has no message machine.
