Placed an order on Dec 1, charged my account on Dec 2, and today Dec 15,2016 merchandise has still not arrived. Their website says "Awaiting Fulfillment". No way of contacting them via phone. Sent email, no response. No correspondence from them other than the initial order confirmation. They have time to post on Facebook but don't take time to fulfill orders or answer order inquiries. I am leaving to go out of town for Christmas so shipping now is a moot point. Will NEVER order from here again. STAY AWAY
