I bought one pair of leggings from Fabletics as a friend gave me a gift card to the website. I purchased one pair, no problem. Only to find out months later that I was being charged a membership fee when I have no memory of signing up for such a thing. The charge was no showing up on my bank statement so I had literally no idea. I then confronted customer service to ask for a refund and explain my situation. They said they could only refund me $100 meaning I had to spend the remaining $800 on the website. I was furious, but the would not give me any other alternative. So, I spend a boatload of money on Fabletics and do not love a single piece I recieved. The quality is poor, not meant for high-intesity workouts, and shows sweat spots so easily. At the end of all this, the customer service rep STILL tried to convince me to keep my membership. Not a fan, save your money or spend it on a more honorable brand.
