This is my experience, and it is simple. You create an account and they don't ask for the moon and stars (if you know you know) and then do the profile thingy for the surveys. That's it, now you can find surveys in the page for surveys and offers in the offers tab place (I don't have much experience with them). Find every one you can complete and if you do that you already have enough for the first withdrawal in a couple of days. From then on it is up to you to continue in the same way. Personally I think it's good and reliable.
Tip for consumers:
there is no "correct" answer when you complete the surveys, just say what you think. Not all surveys will accept you but the more you have the better your results will be
