I ordered 1000 postcards with an advertised 1-3 production and estimated standard delivery between April 15 and April 28. I spoke with them on April 18, hoping that the cards were out for delivery. I was disappointed to find out that they were in the print stage. But since placing my order, they had posted on their website that orders were delayed due to material shortage. I already knew that paper was in short supply. So I understood this problem that was out of their control.

At this point, I was hoping to get it by Friday, April 22 and would do it by expediting shipping if the postcards were done by Thursday. They did call me on Thursday to tell me the cards were done and could overnight them to me. To make a long story short, since I was currently in another location than my home, I wanted them shipped to me. They were unable to over the phone change the address. This is ridiculous! Instead, I had to stop what I was doing (driving my car) to send them an email with the new address. Only to find out that the fastest time to ship to the new location (40 miles from my home) would take 2 days (and no weekend deliveries.)

In the meantime, I looked through their reviews for the past 6 months and they were all 1 or 2. Not a single 3,4, or 5. Now, my concern was that the postcards would be crap. But I was pleasantly surprised that when they arrive on Friday at my home (I had a friend pick them up and bring them to me) they were perfect! The paper was plenty thick. The quality of print on both sides was wonderful and colorful.

So if you want to use GotPrint, order early and give lots of time for shipping.
