Karen was great and helped me with the refund process. She made me feel comfortable and explained me the features of this site. I even extended my subscription because of her instead of cancelling it.
5 star for her, but 1 star for the resume now business practice. They won't send you any communication when they start renewal process after 14 day trail period, seriously?
