“It is becoming increasingly difficult to get my claim fulfilled from items purchased with warranty”

I have purchased so many of these phones over the past 8 years. I always purchase them with a warranty. I have an autistic son who sometimes breaks phones or they are damaged somehow. He Is incapable of understanding anything above a 3 yr old level. I've always appreciated buying these phones with the warranty because it makes it very convenient for me. It is very frustrating when he breaks the phone. I always pay for a warranty and I have spent so much money on these. Now, when he breaks his phone I'm required to do all of the things listed in this email. It's ridiculous.

Tip for consumers:
Once you submit a certain amount of claims, it becomes increasingly difficult to get them fulfilled. This is regardless of the amount you have been paying for the warranty.
