“Threatened me for my late father's debt”

I received a letter falsely calling me a tenant of whispering pines, an apartment owned by this company. I have never lived in Caledonia nor have a signed any lease or paperwork with your company. If this hurts my credit, I will be seeking legal action and reporting this company.
I am not the executor and am not responsible for my father's debts.

Also adding a $40 charge for dying. Low.
