“Order never arrived”

Placed order a couple months prior to my fiances birthday (December was his birthday) I spent a good chunk of money and they never arrived. It's now Feb 7th and tracking just dropped off the map completely a month ago. Super disappointed

A complete rip off. When I finally recieved the product its cheap material not a legit company...
