The customer service is an absolute disgrace.
I am a team leader of a top platinum club and on 27th October 2023 my club's 9 days 2 hours trophy boost hours suddenly disappeared. Despite my complaints and complaints from the majority of the 30 team members this matter has not yet been resolved, let alone acknowledged. The clubs make Zynga a great deal of money and this company does not act in a responsible way to its customers. Its responses are generally automated and never address issues. There appears no such thing as a quick relevant response from this money grabbing organisation, and no such thing as a proper official complaints procedure. It is about time that Zynga were held to account for this as theft of bought trophy boost hours is a crime. This review will probably be the only way of getting a proper response., hopefully. Come on Zynga, finally do the right thing and give us back our stolen trophy boost hours with some compensation and please improve your customer support.
