I felt is was odd that five days after placing my order that this company (AKA: Club Natural) had yet to send me an e-mail confirmation of the order. This morning, I checked my bank statement online and found where the order that I placed was in 'pending' transactions.

I went back into their website and found, as the previous reviewer stated; the contact e-mail was a non-company gmail address. I then called their website contact phone number *******840) and a recording answers. "Thank you for calling 'right' or 'white' bottle... a mailing company located in Irving, CA. Etc. I hit the key for customer service... no answer either. And no recording.

Feeling extremely uneasy, I just called my bank and placed a stop payment on this transaction.
