I ordered 6 shirts for about $264 - which were VERY POOR QUALITY fabric...I elected to return them (per their touted guarantee) and they B.S.'d me that I could only get store credit to buy more overpriced crap, claiming I had ordered them "personalized" because I chose the version with a pocket! I Protested that's B.S., as they didn't go pull shirts off the shelf and sew a pocket on...:(
I spent 103 minutes over 11 phone calls, several defective e-vouchers to finish spending the cost of the poor shirts I started with...
The VERY WORST online shopping experience in my life!

Regrettably, as the shirts were altered, as per our clear terms and conditions regarding returning altered/customised items, these shirts would only be eligible for exchange or store credit. We are sorry that you were unaware of this. For the record, our shirts do not come with pockets attached, and each that are requested to have pockets attached to have pockets attached in our UK Warehouse. We hope you will choose to make use of our 6 month guarantee to exchange the shirts for items you would prefer and we are more than happy to assist in this matter.
