I purchased several Paul Mitchell Products, and my credit card was charged within the same business day. A week later, I received an email stating that the items were backordered and I could either wait a month or cancel the order. Naturally I cancelled.
I did not receive a refund, no emails were answered, could not find a contact number for them, and finally had to work with my bank to dispute the charges and report the company for fraud.
With this many bad reviews, I have no idea how any credit company still lets them operate.
