HyperSOFT should be sued by Hyper, which is the original, outstanding product HyperSOFT is trying to rip off! HyperSOFT is just a cheap Chinese knockoff that shouldn't even be allowed to be traded in America.

I was totally misled by an online Google ad that stated the shoes were good for plantar fasciitis, for which genuine Hyper shoes are in fact an excellent resource, so I bought a pair of HyperSOFT shoes, thinking they were similar, but lower priced. In actuality, these HyperSOFT shoes were grossly overpriced, costing me a whopping $48.99 for some cheap, unusable plastic junk that wasn't even worth a dollar! When they arrived, I was shocked at the disgustingly low quality of these shoes! The plastic soles were so slippery and inflexible that I couldn't even walk in them -- they were actually dangerous to try to walk in -- they were hard as rocks, which made my plantar faciitis hurt even more, and there were no air cushioned heels like genuine Hyper shoes have -- only emblems glued to where the air window would be on real Hypers, to fool you into thinking from the photo in the online ad that they had this same high quality feature. HyperSOFTS definitely do not! They've only got these cheap little emblems glued to where the air heels should be. HyperSOFT heels are actually a solid piece of extremely cheap molded plastic.

In addition to the deceptive Google ad, HyperSOFT is guilty of additional deceptive advertising. I checked out their website prior to placing my order which stated: "Money back 100% guarantee. If you don't like it, we'll refund 100% of your money." Having viewed this on their home web page, I felt safe placing my order because I thought I could just return the shoes for a refund if they weren't as expected.

However, when I did scour their website for return information after discovering how awful these shoes are, I was horrified to see when I clicked on "Returns": "REFUND POLICY - Exchanges - Our exchange policy lasts 5 days after you receive your shoes. - We offer exchanges only if we have sent you the incorrect size or damaged items shipped. - No returns/refunds, only exchanges."

These practices are clearly illegal! I will be reporting HyperSOFT to the Attorney General of the State of California in the hopes that they do something about these deceptive business practices. Meanwhile, BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS A WHOLLY UNETHICAL COMPANY and they must be stopped from ruining the American online retail environment, which is reasonably honest and trustworthy. Please do not patronize HyperSOFT in the interests of discouraging crooks like this from even attempting to engage in business in our country.
