Please do not give this establishment your business. Please make sure you read all the negative reviews because they are spot on based on my own experience with this owner. Of course he comes back with a snappy retort on the reviews, as he does in person and on the phone. Pay attention to what other customers have said, really pay attention. I have found the owner to be rude, condescending and pushy. The only time he was ever pleasant to me was when I purchased a product from him. I recently took my vacuum in for biannual service and I was not given back my vacuum. My vacuum had special markings on it and the one returned to me did not. When I approached him, he denied all. I had 50% left on the Hepa filter when I brought it in for service. Without permission, a different filter was installed, dated and the indicator strip ripped off the front of it so I will not not be able to see how much life is on the filter. Absolutely ridiculous. Who practices this juvenile behavior? I suppose this is a way for you to have to buy more filters when he says so. When I questioned this, the owner turned around, walked away and said this new filter was "free". When I asked for my old filter back, he said he no longer had it. Additionally, the wheels on the imposter vacuum given back to me are not working correctly, a back panel keeps falling off, nor will the vacuum stay in a downward position while vacuuming. The nose actually sticks up in the air while trying to vacuum. The vacuum when standing upright will fall over when you use the main hose directly to vacuum. My vacuum when dropped off had none of these issues. I have been interrogated by this owner about where I am buying the bags and filters, how often I vacuum, how often I change the bags and the list goes on. He talks to me like I am a 5 year old being scolded when not taking orders from him. I have finally had it. No more of his obnoxious behavior will I tolerate. Who does he think he is talking to? He needs to check himself. I would rather pay for service than to put up with him every 6 months and even that is too much to bear. He is always trying to upsell you when you go in. Give that a rest already; it is in poor form and you appear nothing more than money hungry and desperate. I could give so many more examples of his behavior but trying to keep this as succinct as possible. Buyer Beware.

Ordered fragrance from Bloomingdales online. Showed the free gift I would receive due to primary purchase. Right after I paid online, I received an email saying the free gift is not in stock. Why would you show the gift on my order, say it is available and then renege the moment I pay? Bait and Switch tactics going on. Bad business practice. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. So many liars and deceptive businesses in the world. Will be returning the purchase I made as soon as it is received.

Chewy/Fedex have failed to deliver my packages on time on several occasions now. My deliveries are time sensitive. I receive emails telling me I will receive my package on set day, then an email(s) will come through saying, Oh so sorry, package damaged, we are running late, same old lame excuses. I even call customer service and same old SSDD excuses. The warehouse I receive my order from is 4.5 hours away and this is not rocket science. If Fed Ex can't get it together, then find a carrier that can. You give your word and then renege, which qualifies both of you as liars. I will never refer anyone to you again. 1-800- Pet Meds, AlliVet, Doctors Foster and Smith are others that can be used along with local pet stores and they deliver or do curbside as well. VERY POOR BUSINESS FORM, VERY POOR.

I ordered sanitizers and hand soap that were listed as available on the website. I needed the sanitizers and that is why I submitted order in the first place. AFTER SHIPPING my soaps, they sent me an email saying they cancelled the sanitizers since they are not available. Immediately, I went to the website, took pictures with time stamp showing that my sanitizers are listed as available and have been since my order 2 days ago. The emails from BBW and my pictures of the website were within 20 minutes of one another. This is VERY POOR FORM AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. HONESTY IN ADVERTISING.

SPOKE WITH A WOMAN BY THE NAME OF AZORA. HER DEMEANOR, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNFRIENDLINESS, LACK OF EMPATHY AND MONOTONE VOICE WAS A LACKLUSTER EXPERIENCE AND THAT IS PUTTING IT MILDLY. SHE MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH MY CALL WAS AN IMPOSITION AND ALL SHE TOLD ME WAS WHAT SHE COULD NOT DO FOR ME. DID NOT TRY AT ALL IN ANY WAY TO MAKE MY INTERACTION WITH THIS COMPANY ENJOYABLE. DUE TO HER, I WILL BE RETURNING THE BAG I JUST PURCHASED AND WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I EVEN SENT AN EMAIL TO THE COMPANY TO ASK FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME TO NO AVAIL. IT APPEARS THE WHOLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM, INCLUDING MANAGERS DO NOT CARE AND ARE INEPT WHEN UNDERSTANDING AND IMPLEMENTING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU THRIVE ON RECEIVING POOR SERVICE AND INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE THAT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR JOB.
