I'd say less than a one star.

This hotel is a rip off. Got there to check in the manager Henry told me I wasn't in the system so I left. Forced to buy at another hotel. Then he calls me in the morning to tell me I didn't cancel the room( but he said the day before that I never reserved one) and charged my credit card anyways.

I turned around and drove an hour back to town to confront the manager Henry who lied and said that I never showed up. (They have cameras.) I talked to him a couple minutes before I pulled into the parking lot. When I got inside he was hiding in the back office and refused to come out and admit his mistake.

He lied to the booking company who were going to refund me and said I never even showed up. He then told the booking company to call back later to speak with a christy who takes care of financials. They called back later... shocker, nobody knows a christy who works there. Hmm sounds fishy doesn't it?

Upon reviewing into this matter even further I have discovered multiple people that he has done this too. Only fault I admit was trying to book a hotel last minute and not looking into this fraudulent business more.

I've talked to the place I booked from online, the manager himself, and cooperate office. I have had no help on this. Due to the neglect on the managers part, I will not be getting the money back on a room I couldn't stay in. Legal action may be taken.

So I'm writing to warn anyone. This place is 100% scammers.
