My package was scanned as delivered from them but I never received it. I sent them two emails, no response. I finally spammed their DM to which they said they couldn't do anything about it since it was technically marked as delivered. They said they would put in a USPS claim. I've DMed them multiple times asking for an update to which I've been ignored. Do NOT waste your time. If something is wrong with your order it will be impossible to fix it. Zero lack of concern for their customers too as I've paid for an item I haven't received. There was no offer of anything from them. A few years ago I had the same thing happen- company apologized and sent me out a new item for free. Don't waste your money on people who won't respond to you.
