They shipped an incomplete order, have no parts in Canada, said they would Purolator the parts to expedite, but took 10 days to actually ship the order, can't track the shipment due customs apparently. Their was nothing. The customer service representative or her supervisor could do for me. I just have to wait until the order. For a company that's worldwide and has many customers in Canada, I suggested they have some parts in Canada. Apparently my call was recorded, and this would be bold up to the appropriate people within the organization.
Customer service is oxymoron at Levelor!
