Q Wealth Report sells prepaid credit cards and the cash is directed to Genericard Corp of Panama then to the Loyal Bank Ltd of St Vincent. The card itself is a Loyal Bank card. When I tried the card it was refused. I contacted the Loyal Bank and was told they did not receive the money. I contacted Q Wealth Report and no attempt was made to help. It was referred to Peter Macfarlane and he did nothing. It seems that this is a scam to keep your money. Do not fall for this scam.
